This is the screen used to make a Quote for a customer. Very similar to the Invoice screen except it is focused on making quotes not sales to customer accounts.
The Quote is saved in a separate file from sales and can be modified as needed at any time. You can bring up the Quote and add to it or make any changes you like.
Everything you need to make a Quote is on one screen.
The Quote can be changed into a sale with the press of one button.
Options available include having a Quote without tax or use cost plus for arriving at a price. Cost of the item plus a percentage set in the customer's account record.
There are Quick Entry buttons for entering items simply by touching or clicking on the button. You can have up to 96 of these buttons on 4 different pages of buttons.
